On-Site Visitation

​Broadway House is pleased to resume indoor visitation. What you need to know in order to visit:

1. All visits MUST be scheduled in advance by calling 973-268-9797.
2. Visitation will take place in 1 hour intervals on Mondays and Thursdays during the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 pm.
3. 2 visitors per resident will be allowed.
4. Upon arrival, all visitors must submit to a Rapid COVID-19 Test in addition to being screened for signs and symptoms of respiratory illness.
5. Each visitor is required to sign a consent form which explains the risk of possible exposure while in the facility and that the visitor agrees to facility policies and regulations.
6. The visit will proceed if the screening process, which includes the Rapid COVID Test, is negative.
7. The visit will be denied if the screening process, which includes the Rapid COVID Test, is positive.
8. Visitors are allowed in designated areas only.
9. The wearing of a facemask, social distancing, and hand hygiene are required.

NOTE:  Visitation will be ceased based on non-adherence of the rules and/or increases in COVID-19 positivity in the facility, community or state.
