Eric Rucinski sees tremendous possibilities in his role as Food Service Director for Broadway House for Continuing Care: “I’m dedicated to elevating the perception of what it is possible to achieve in an institutional setting.” A graduate of the New York Restaurant School, Mr. Rucinski’s nutritious menus play a central role in the care plan of each of our residents. “I am honored to have the opportunity to provide nourishment to such optimistic, spirited, positive people,” he says. “The fact that we have a plan for our residents once they leave, and attempt to do everything in our power to set them up for success, is not something you see every day.”
