Donnamarie Lynch, MBA, PhD, was recently named Chief Operating Officer at Broadway House for Continuing Care. In her new role, Dr. Lynch will be responsible for the nursing and social services departments, in addition to her current duties within human resources. She will also oversee the day-to-day operations of Broadway House when President and CEO James Gonzalez, MPH, FACHE, LNHA, is absent.
 
In making the announcement of Dr. Lynch’s promotion, Mr. Gonzalez said, “Dr. Lynch has added a new dimension in the mission and vision of Broadway House. She works as a leader to drive the patient care experience to a new level.”
 
Since Dr. Lynch’s appointment as Director of Human Resources three years ago, she has proven her value to the organization by focusing directly on the needs of Broadway House staff members and the residents we serve. She has earned a Master of Business Administration, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership. In addition, Dr. Lynch is pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration.
