The mood was jubilant in January, when Broadway House for Continuing Care residents and staff received their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Recipients donned commemorative t-shirts and posed with oversized photo frames to mark the historic occasion. In all, more than 200 vaccines have been administered at Broadway House since Dec. 29, significantly reducing the risk the pandemic poses to our residents, who are vulnerable to serious illness as a result of the pandemic. Thanks to the diligence of our staff, we are proud that Broadway House has recorded very few coronavirus cases and no deaths.
